Beginners are always welcome. Just select a class that happens at a time that suits you and come along to enjoy a class.
For your first class just wear loose fitting clothing and either bare feet or clean trainers. We have changing rooms just outside our gym.
Classes sometimes run a little late but there is bound to be people around who have come to the same class as you to have a chat with about the club whilst you wait.
All students are required to inform instructors of any ongoing or previous illness or injury that may be aggravated when training.
You are advised to consult your doctor before starting any exercise programme.
